I didn’t receive the email with details for the series

All email correspondence from the series comes from the address support@parentinginplacemasterclass.com. Please check your spam and junk folders, and/or your promotions tab in Gmail. This is the most common reason why emails aren’t being seen.

Please add support@parentinginplacemasterclass.com to your email contacts so our emails reach you.

How do I access the live webinars?

We will send out emails every Wednesday morning with a link to that evening’s webinar. If you haven’t received this by 12pm (and you’ve checked your spam folders), please email us at support@parentinginplacemasterclass.com so we can help you.

The webinars are hosted on ZOOM. Please download the Zoom software or update it ahead of time on the device you plan to use, so you have the latest version. (If you have an out-of-date version of Zoom, you will see a message “connecting” that just hangs there.).

Lastly, please plan on joining the webinar 5 minutes early to facilitate a smooth start.

I missed the live webinar. How do I watch the replay?

All replays are available via the Parenting in Place Resource Hub. Wednesday evening webinars will be available within 24 hours on the Hub (but often sooner). We’ll send out an email each Thursday letting you know that the new webinar replay is posted. 

I'm still having tech issues. Where can I access help?

The best way to get help is to email support@parentinginplacemasterclass.com. We monitor that email daily, and on webinar days it is monitored constantly from 6:30 pm ET until 9:30 pm ET. We don’t monitor Twitter or Facebook regularly for support concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions

I won’t be able to attend all of the events live… will I be able to access recordings?

All recordings will be available for re-watching for a limited period of time (through September 7), so you can watch all replays no matter when you join.

What age groups will the content cover?

The presentations will cover a variety of ages — from preschool through young adults and beyond. Our goal is for the presentations to be as inclusive as possible and be about supporting parents, no matter the ages of their children. So much of parenting is self work, that we are confident any parent will find value in each webinar.

I'm not on Facebook. Will I still benefit from the series?

The Facebook group is an added bonus for those who are active on social media and would like a safe place to continue the conversation after the webinars with other attendees. But all of the presenter-led material will be made available through the live events, and the Resource Hub where replays will be accessed.

I'm a therapist or teacher. Is this right for me?

Definitely! Our group of experts includes educators, therapists, coaches, and parenting experts, and the content is ultimately designed to help adults better support the children in their lives as we navigate these unusual times.

Will the webinar be accessible?

We will be trying a beta service from Rev to live-caption the webinars, in order to keep them accessible.

What is the cost, delivery, and refund policy?

The total cost of the Parenting in Place series is $39 US. Upon registering, you’ll be invited to join the series’ RESOURCE HUB, where you’ll be able to instantly access replays, the bonus bundle material, additional downloadables, and more. You’ll receive access information for weekly live webinars via Zoom. Refunds are available within one week of purchase with written request. 


10% of the proceeds for the Masterclass will be donated to several charities to support Covid-19 and social justice related work.
